HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES UNDER THE NEW NORMAL HOTEL OPERATION


ARRIVAL

  • The security officer, with the assistance of the housekeeping staff, shall check the body temperature using a thermal scanner at the hotel entrance. Only guests cleared during screening shall be allowed to enter the hotel premise to check-in. Those with fever and flu-like symptoms will not be allowed to enter and will be referred to the nearest hospital or to the Barangay Health Emergency Team.
  • Guests shall disinfect their shoes using the sanitizing mats/foot bath provided at the entrance.
  • Luggage shall also be sanitized before entry.
  • Guests should ensure to keep their ID and copy of booking confirmation easily available.
  • Guests should always maintain a safe distance of 2 meters in the lobby.

CHECK-IN

  • Online payment is encouraged upon booking.
  • Present copy of deposit slip and booking confirmation upon check-in.
  • All guests are still required to show a valid ID upon check-in.
  • Guest shall fill up health declaration form and about travel to and from other countries and/or other areas.
  • Reception will endorse a sanitized key card to the guest/s.
  • No showing of guests around the room after check-in. Guest escorting to the room may be allowed following strict observance of physical distancing and in compliance with the health and safety protocols set by the DOH.

GUEST ROOMS

  • All surfaces of the room underwent a thorough process of sanitation and decontamination.
  • Sanitation kit provided for guests are set up in all rooms.
  • A distance of 1-2 meter between the beds shall be observed.
  • Make up rooms shall be provided upon request.

PUBLIC AREAS

  • All guests who will leave their room are required to wear their masks and to observed physical distance of at least 2 meters.
  • Only 2 guests are allowed inside the elevator at a single time.
  • Sanitizers and alcohol are available in the public areas.
  • Restrooms are cleaned and sanitized regularly and provided with adequate supply of soaps, sanitizers and paper towels.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE ( F & B )  SERVICE

  • Guests must disinfect their hands with alcohol-based hand sanitizer or alcohol located at the dining area.
  • One person per table to maintain physical distancing.
  • Room service is only available upon request.
  • No Self – service set up for guests. All food, beverages are served by the food attendant.

FUNCTION HALL/CONFERENCE HALL

  • The function hall is disinfected and sanitized before, during break time and after every meeting or event.
  • Function venue have limited capacities to ensure physical distancing.
  • Alcohol and sanitizers are set up at the corridors and inside the conference room.

HOTEL OPERATION WILL RESUME ON JULY 1, 2020.
